Lawyer: 2 Men Arrested In Marathon Bombing Case Will Plead Not Guilty

Robert Stahl, the attorney for two Kazakh nationals reportedly arrested in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing investigation, told Yahoo News on Wednesday that his clients plan to plead “not guilty.” 

Stahl’s clients, Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, are two of the three people reportedly arrested in connection with the case. The third suspect is a U.S. citizen. According to Stahl, the charges will be unsealed in federal court on Wednesday afternoon.
