Larry David returned to “Saturday Night Live” and mocked the supporters of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
“I want to thank everyone who voted for me, and apologize to everyone else for making your Facebook feeds so, so annoying,” David said. “I mean, I love my supporters, but they’re too much, right? I’m great, but I’m not five-posts-a-day great. With all due respect to my supporters, get a life.”
The skit also mocked Dr. Ben Carson’s endorsement of Donald Trump. Watch:

Confirming, once again, as if the past 40 years were insufficient evidence, that Lorne Michaels is a sycophantic asshole.
Interesting. When do we get to mock Larry David?
SNL is not great – but Larry David sure is.
Given the fact that Trump has threatened to send his goons to Sanders rallies, I don’t feel like laughing at this fucker or any other paid laugh-artist.
I thought it was pretty mild, actually. If this little bit of ribbing gets Bernie supporters’ britches into a knot, “Get a life” seems apropos.
