Officials with the Los Angeles Police Department conveyed frustration Tuesday in a press conference on the search for ex-cop Christopher Dorner, who is suspected of killing three people.

The police said the focus of the search is still in the San Bernardino mountains near Big Bear though they are following up on all other leads. There was no comment on reports that Dorner had gone to Mexico.

The LAPD did deny rumors that drones were being used to hunt Dorner, saying that the LAPD doesn’t have drones and therefore cannot use them.
