Secretary of State John Kerry choked up Wednesday remembering Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA) and former President John F. Kennedy during his farewell speech on the Senate floor.
“I’m reminded that this chamber is a living museum, a lasting memorial to the miracle of the American experiment,” he said.
