Katrina Pierson, a spokeswoman for Donald Trump, on Tuesday evening tried to place blame on President Obama for the death of a Muslim American soldier in 2004, before Obama took office.
During an interview on CNN, host Wolf Blitzer pressed Pierson on whether Trump plans to apologize for his comments about the parents of Captain Humayun Khan.
At one point, Pierson asked, “What exactly is Mr. Trump supposed to be apologizing for?” She then said that Trump was simply defending himself in his remarks about the Khan family.
And she tried to blame Obama and Hillary Clinton for Khan’s death.
“But surely you can understand the confusion, considering how Donald Trump never voted for the Iraq War, Hillary Clinton did,” she said. “And then she didn’t support the troops to have what they need. It was under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton that changed the rules of engagements that probably cost his life. So I don’t understand why it’s so hard to understand why Donald Trump was confused about why he was being held responsible for something he had nothing to do with.”

And Blitzer lets it pass. Sad.
Trump: Rewriting History With a Maniacal Vengeance.
Even sadder that they would sacrifice integrity at the altar of ratings giving that completely discredited female Baghdad Bob any airtime at all.
The Khan’s aren’t holding Trump responsible for their son’s death, you lying sack of shit, they are holding Trump responsible for his own bigoted statements and blatantly unconstitutional proposals.
Ignorance can be educated and crazy can be medicated but there’s no cure for stupid.
