What’s in a name?

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on Monday mistakenly called Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg “Goldberg” while delivering a decision in an immigration case, The Hill reported.

Scalia made the mistake while listing dissenting justices as he announced the decision for the case Kerry v. Din, The Hill reported.

Chief Justice John Roberts reportedly whispered to Scalia and seemed to inform him that he’d made a mistake when saying Ginsburg’s name.

Onlookers in the courtroom laughed when Scalia asked: “What did I say?”

Scalia reportedly shook his head and apologized to RBG, saying: “Sorry about that, Ruth.”
