Nearly 10 percent of college graduates surveyed in a poll released this month believed that Judith Sheindlin, known on TV as Judge Judy, serves on the U.S. Supreme Court, reported CNN.

Sheindlin is a former New York state court judge best-known for the Emmy-winning court TV show “Judge Judy.” She has also written several books, but alas she is not a Supreme Court justice.

The poll, conducted by the American Council of Trustees and Alumni, interviewed 1,000 students in August 2015.

The poll also found that 40 percent of college graduates didn’t know Congress has the ability to declare war, less than 50 percent knew that presidential impeachments are tried before the Senate, and nearly 60 percent couldn’t name a requirement for ratifying a constitutional amendment, according to CNN.
