Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) told CNN early Wednesday morning that former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s presidential campaign “ought to get this thing figured out” after Kasich took second in the New Hampshire Republican primary.

A CNN reporter asked Kasich about reports that Bush plans to hit Kasich hard in South Carolina.

“They ought to get this thing figured out at some point,” Kasich said while traveling to the Palmetto State for the primary. “I mean, they’re spending so much money. I don’t know who is advising them.”

The reporter told him the ad said Kasich would “weaken the military.”

“I think that’s kind of silly that I’m weakening the military. I don’t even understand what you’re talking about,” he responded.

The South Carolina primary is February 20.

  1. Oh Johnny, he has known you for decades. He knows if he keeps it up you will explode in a rant all over a room full of voters.

  2. And that, as they say, is the unvarnished truth. Kasich is a grouchy jerk with a minimally controlled temper.

He’s as temperamentally unqualified to be President as the Marcobot.

Nothing new to see here, just a couple of right wing extremist exchanging hugs.

  4. This is the moderate Republican with crossover appeal.

  5. Kasich: “Well…He’s another one.”

    Jebby: “He said whuuuuuut?”
