Vice President Joe Biden isn’t siding with forecasters who predict Republicans will win the six Senate seats they need to take control of the chamber.
In an interview with CNN the vice president said he expected Democrats to keep control of the chamber.
“I don’t agree with the oddsmakers,” Biden told CNN. “I predict we’re gonna…keep the Senate.”
But if Republicans do win control of the chamber, Biden said the Obama administration’s priorities won’t change.
“I don’t think it would change anything, in terms of what we’re about,” Biden also said to CNN. “We know what we have to get done the last two years. And —quite frankly— going into 2016, the Republicans have to make a decision whether they’re in control or not in control. Are they gonna begin to allow things to happen? Or are they gonna continue to be obstructionists? And I think they’re gonna choose to get things done.”
Biden’s comment came a day before the Nov. 4 midterm election. The New York Times Upshot blog said that Republicans had a 70 percent chance of winning a majority in the chamber.

Oh Joe, I’d say you were being foolish except that would be rude.
Joe, it ain’t even snowing yet and you are already over your skis. But, I can relax now. Fortunately, I already voted.

Republicans should “pursue every means possible to repeal Obamacare,”
Cruz said, including forcing a vote through parliamentary procedures
that would get around a possible filibuster by Democrats. If that leads
to a veto by Obama, Cruz said, Republicans should then vote on
provisions of the health law “one at a time.”
Well, that IS “getting things done” I guess.
Hey, at least Joe isn’t waving the white flag. Give 'em Hell, Joe.
