A CNN reporter used a bit of heated language on Monday when asking President Obama about the U.S. strategy to defeat ISIS.

“I guess the question is – if you’ll forgive the language – why can’t we take out these bastards?” CNN’s Jim Acosta asked.

Obama appeared frustrated with the question, and responded that he’d “just spent the last three questions answering that very question, so I don’t know what more you want me to add.”

  1. I guess killing a lot of innocents is o.k. if your a journalist…or a Republican.

The cutaway of Acosta told the tale, he looked embarrassed. If Mr. Acosta wasn’t he and the others should be.

  3. Acosta continued: “I think a lot of Americans have this frustration that they see that the United States has the greatest military in the world, it has the backing of nearly every other country in the world when it comes to taking on ISIS, and I guess the question is – if you’ll forgive the language – why can’t we take out these bastards?”

Jim, Jim - walk your f*cking ass over to the nearest enlistment office and show the world how it’s done! Simple.

  4. “it’s best that we don’t shoot first and aim later”

Or you know, the Bush/Cheney doctrine.

  5. Avatar for whiteb whiteb says:

I’m sure his producer or CNN wrote this question, but really, the President had already answered with much detail. I guess Acosta had to get attention with inflammatory language. Please people “let’s not beat the drum of war.” In case you haven’t noticed, that approach has not be working.
