The fire department is on the scene at the Islamic Society of Coachella Valley in Coachella, California after a fire was reported around 12 p.m. local time Friday, KMIR reported. No injuries have been reported.

KMIR, a local news station, tweeted the fire had been contained to the building’s front lobby. The station also reported witnesses said a Molotov cocktail caused the fire.

Two other local news outlets reported confirmation from officials that the mosque was “fire-bombed.”

The same mosque was fired on last year, with the shots hitting the building and a parked car. The incident was investigated as a hate crime.
