Hillary Clinton has praised the Supreme Court for its Thursday decision upholding the subsidies provided under the Affordable Care Act.

In a statement on Thursday, Clinton criticized Republicans who have worked to repeal the law.

“They’ve voted more than 50 times to repeal or dismantle the law, roll back coverage for millions of Americans, and let insurers write their own rules again – all without proposing any viable alternatives. Now that the Supreme Court has once again re-affirmed the ACA as the law of the land, it’s time for the Republican attacks to end. It’s time to move on,” she said. “Republicans should stop trying to tear down the law and start working across party lines to build on these successes.”

  1. Damn skippy she applauds the ruling. From the failed “Hillarycare” to the successful “Obamacare.” She can run on continuing the ACA and make it better.

  2. In one sense I think most Americans are applauding. But we’re also simply relieved that the SCOTUS didn’t hand down a really, really stupid decision.
