Herman Cain on Wednesday mocked the Democratic efforts to pass the Affordable Care Act in 2010 by mimicking a remark made by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
During an interview on Fox News with conservative commentator Sean Hannity, Cain praised the filibuster led by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) for giving the "American people time to begin to get familiar with some of the facts of the situation."
