Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) tweeted Monday morning that he would block the confirmation of every administration appointee until the Obama administration makes survivors of the 2012 Benghazi attacks available to testify before Congress.
Where are the #Benghazi survivors? I’m going to block every appointment in the US Senate until they are made available to Congress.

Republicans have been pressing the administration for months to allow the witnesses to testify. House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA), who has been a leading critic of the White House over Benghazi, has called the failure to do so “unacceptable.” Administration officials have said that allowing the witnesses to testify could interfere with law enforcement efforts and place the individuals in danger if they are publicly identified.
