Despite most polls showing Ohio leaning toward President Obama, Ohio Republican Gov. John Kasich said that he believes Mitt Romney is up in Ohio and will win the state during an appearance on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday.
“It’s very close, but I believe right now we are currently ahead,” Kasich said. “Internals show us currently ahead. I honestly think that Romney’s gonna carry Ohio. And you know I haven’t been saying this, I now believe it’s going to happen.”
