Rep. Sean Duffy (R-WI) reported that he was the victim of a minor assault Wednesday night as he walked out of Longworth House Office Building on Capitol Hill.

According to The Hill, Duffy’s spokesman said the GOP lawmaker was leaving his office when “a random individual, unknown to the congressman, began screaming at him and grabbed his arm.”

The spokeswoman said Duffy, who was not harmed in the confrontation, “has requested no further action be taken and there will be no further comment on the matter at this time.”
