The FBI has finished interviewing Mark Judge, the former classmate of Brett Kavanaugh who Christine Blasey Ford identified as being in the room when Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted her.
His lawyer, Barbara Van Gelder told CNN the interview was complete.
If Mark Judge has a good lawyer, what he will do is not lie to the FBI. The statute of limitations has likely run on a lot of this stuff, but if he lies it opens up new avenues of liability. I hope he has the good sense to tell the truth about his relationship with Kavanaugh.
