Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) said Thursday during a press conference that he believed in climate change but wasn’t convinced humans were responsible for causing it, the Arizona Capitol Times newspaper reported.

Ducey’s comments were made in response to Arizona’s long-term drought and the possibility that climate change is responsible for it, according to the paper.

“We just went through a great briefing of all the experts,” Ducey reportedly said. “They informed me that the climate is changing. … It’s going to get warmer here.”

“What I am skeptical about is what human activity has to do with it,” he said, according to the Capitol Times.

Even though the spelling might be different, he obviously shares the same incredible level of intelligence with Steve Doocey.

  2. And I’m about 99.999999% certain that God could tell the GOP that humans were causing climate change and they would still be “Nope, I don’t believe you.”

  3. Of course he’s not a scientist—he’s a slinger of beer, toothpaste, and ice cream, as far as I can tell. I guess I’ll still tend to believe the 97 percent of people who are scientists. It’s the liberal way to mindlessly, robotically believe what you’re told by people who have the professional training and experience to know what the fuck they’re talking about.

  4. Of course he does…what else can you expect from the bought and paid for Koch whores.

  5. Sure I know this is a gun, but since I’m not convinced there are bullets in it, I’m going to put it to my head and pull the trigger anyway.
