Republican Donald Trump didn’t back down from his proposed temporary ban on Muslim immigration into the country in a Wednesday interview on NBC’s “Nightly News.”
“I do. We have to be vigilant. We have to be strong,” Trump said when anchor Lester Holt asked if Trump stood by his controversial policy plans as the party’s presumptive presidential nominee.
While Trump dodged when Holt asked if he would make the ban a priority in his first 100 days in office, he called immigration an “urgent problem in this country,” citing terror attacks in San Bernardino and Paris.
The “Nightly News” show broadcast the sit-down from Trump Tower in New York, an exceedingly rare occurrence for a network evening news show.

Being a vigilant and strong racist douche bag won’t make America strong again!
Whenever I see the word “presumptive” and “Trump” in the same sentence I immediately think of that trademark Drumpf hair?
Oh, the terror, with the people getting killed with the military-style rifles and the high-cap mags, getting killed with guns like that in San Bernadino, right here in the good old U.S and A., it’s such an assault on our freedoms, the killing with the guns, we just have to ban the brown people! It’s simple common sense.
Me, personally, I’m reminded of orange small things.
Of course not. He’d run all those white supremacists out of his base.
