The Republican National Committee has agreed to give Donald Trump access to its records on 250 million voting Americans even as the billionaire Koch brothers have reportedly refused to do the same with their files, according to a Yahoo report on Thursday.

The Trump presidential campaign was considering whether to sign the RNC’s data-sharing contract, which was offered to all Republican candidates and which has been signed by 11 of the 17 candidates, according to the report.

Freedom Partners, run by conservative brothers Charles and David Koch, has not given Trump access to its voter database, called i360, according to the report.
