FILE - In this Sept. 9, 2016 file photo, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks in Washington. Hillary Clinton has spent decades talking about the needs of children and touting the benefits of early education. It’s a new subject for Donald Trump. The Republican presidential nominee added plans for education to his still relatively thin roster of policy proposals this past week, unveiling an effort to spend $20 billion during his firstw year in office to help states expand school choice programs. Trump wasn’t shy about his intentions, debuting his ideas at an inner-city charter school in Cleveland as part of his new outreach to minority voters. (AP Photo/Evan Vucci, File) MORE LESS

On the heels of Hillary Clinton revealing a pneumonia diagnosis after stumbling at the 9/11 memorial ceremony on Sunday in New York City, Donald Trump said he plans to release a report on his health this week.

In a Monday morning call-in on CNBC, Trump said, “I saw what was going on with [Clinton] and I said, ‘You know, I’m going to go do something, and I actually took a physical last week and probably, I guess this week, will release the results of it.”

Trump also wished his 2016 rival well, saying, “I want her to get better, I want her to get out there.”

Trump and Clinton have so far provided a limited view of their health histories to the public. Trump’s Manhattan doctor released a letter claiming that if elected, the real estate mogul would be the healthiest president ever. A doctor for Clinton offered a somewhat more detailed picture of the former secretary of state’s health in late July.

  1. Trump is trapped now. He has to reveal his health data, but smart people will know it’s been edited.

  2. Yeah, and the dead giveaway will again be all of the superfluous superlatives…

  3. Highlights:
Pneumonia: Not present. Never had it and never will.
    Hand Size: Exceptionally Large.
    Cholesterol: 0.
Bad Chemicals: Not Present. Was only born with good chemicals.
    Hair: Original.
Sexual Appetite: like a healthy white-teenager.

  4. This will be Exceptionally, Yugely Full of Shit and Grossly Over-Exaggerated.

Yeah, I"m definitely holding my breath. Even if he does release something, you know it won’t have helpful info on it. Anybody looking at him can see he’s got high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and likely diabetes. That’s no surprise.

What I’d really like to know are the medications he’s taking.
