GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump posted a video to Instagram on Thursday that bizarrely tried to show Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton dancing while Benghazi burned.
The short video was filled with ominous music. It began by showing an Islamic State militant holding a knife, then cut to a photo of President Obama smiling while sitting in a golf cart.
From there, it moved on to video showing the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya burning following a terror attack in 2012. Then it cut to a video of Clinton dancing with her husband, former President Bill Clinton, at what appears to be a New Year’s Eve celebration.
The Instagram video ended with text that read: “Politicians are having fun on our dime while the world is burning,” followed by Trump’s campaign logo and slogan.
Trump, whose financial disclosures showed he owns at least 15 golf clubs which generate about $190 million in revenue, posted a message on Instagram alongside the video that said simply: “Not under my watch.”

I want to know if this is real? What is the context? Trump can make up shit and no one is the wiser. How about some follow up info TPM.
The guy is running completely on voter’s emotions. His messaging is completely visceral. It will be interesting to see how this sort of pure Willie Horton type of campaign pans out over the long slog of a presidential primary and general. Fairly frightening shit he’s opening up with this campaign.
Not under my watch. But definitely under my thumb, because I am rich enough to call the politicians’ tune.
(That may be Hillary dancing at Trump’s wedding, which she attended only because of his donations.)
This is red meat to the republican base. This must be his answer to Bush’s crazy train on wanting to go back to war in Iraq. It is a true pissing crazy train match.
