Donald Trump changed his tone on the 14th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

On Friday, the Republican presidential candidate tweeted:

This is a sharp departure from two years ago when he sent “best wishes” to “even the haters and losers.” That tweet was deleted on Friday after users started to RT the message, but TPM got the screenshot.
