New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio is expected to hold a briefing about the weekend bombing in the city at 12:30 p.m. Monday.

DeBlasio will be joined by his newly-minted NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill and U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara at the event, which comes shortly after the suspect in bombings, Ahmad Khan Rahami, was captured in New Jersey.
