David Gregory, the former embattled host of NBC News’ “Meet the Press,” is headed to CNN where he’ll be a political analyst, Variety reported Monday.

After a huge decline in ratings, NBC’s Chuck Todd replaced Gregory in 2014 as host of the Sunday morning news program.

Gregory has already appeared as a contributor on CNN, having helped the network narrate the Iowa caucuses on “New Day,” Variety reported.
