In light of recently revealed security breaches at the White House, Jon Stewart turned to Senior White House Correspondent Jordan Klepper for an in-depth report about the current state of the building’s security during Wednesday’s “Daily Show.”

“Security is super tight here, Jon,” Klepper said. “I tried to enter through the North Portico, but the steps were mysteriously covered in ice. As I slipped, I grabbed onto a doorknob which to my surprise was scaldingly hot. So I tried the back entrance. But when I opened the door, a bucket of glue fell on my head causing me to stumble into a trip wire that activated a feather cannon.”

Stewart could barely contain his skepticism.

“Alright, so basically to protect himself, Obama has ‘Home-Aloned’ the White House,” he quipped.

Klepper dismissed Stewart’s concern and pointed out that security protocols weren’t really an issue anymore, since no one wanted to go near Obama after he’d contracted Ebola.

“From what I understand, Ebola just jumped the fence and walked through the front door,” Klepper said.

A very concerned Stewart asked whether the President would be alright.

“Oh, he’ll be fine,” Klepper said. “The Ebola isn’t going to stick around very long. It says it doesn’t feel safe in the White House.”
