Crossroads GPS is going up with a new ad slamming President Obama’s economic performance and blaming the slow economic recovery on his failed policies. The group put $11 million behind the buy across nine battleground states. The ad is the last in a $25 million initiative to hit Obama on the issue of the economy this summer.

The ad begins with a quote from CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley saying earlier this month: “Good evening. This is the worst economic recovery America has ever had.”

The non-profit sister organization of Karl Rove’s American Crossroads, Crossroads GPS does not have to disclose its donors.
