Crossroads GPS Hits Obama On Jobs Numbers, Again

Republican non-profit Crossroads GPS released its second spot hitting President Obama on jobs Thursday. The newest ad references the June jobs showing the private sector created 80,000 jobs.

The ad begins with a with a TV segment calling jobs growth the slowest in two years. “It wasn’t supposed to be this way,” the voiceover says. “Over three years with crushing unemployment. American manufacturing shrinking again. President Obama’s plan: Spend more. He’s added $4 billion in debt every day. The economy’s slowing but our debt keeps growing. Tell him for real job growth, cut the debt. Support the new majority agenda at newmajorityagenda.org.”

The ad is airing in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio and Virginia as part of an $8 million ad buy, reports CNN.
