ConEd: Most Customers Will Have Power Within Three Days

Consolidated Edison expects to return power to its customers served by underground electrical equipment in Manhattan and Brooklyn who lost power during superstorm Sandy within three days. The majority of ConEd’s network is underground. The company also reports having returned power to over 100,000 customers already.
