Colorado Theater Shooting Suspect Unlikely To Enter Plea Today

The lawyers for James Holmes, the accused gunman in the deadly shooting at a suburban Denver movie theater last July, said their client is unlikely to enter a plea at a court appearance on Friday, Reuters reports.

A Colorado judge on Thursday ruled that prosecutors had provided sufficient evidence for Holmes to stand trial.
