Colorado Couple Sues To Overturn State’s Gay Marriage Ban

Dr. Rebecca Brinkman and Margaret Burd, a couple in Colorado, is suing to overturn the state’s gay marriage ban, ABC7 reported on Thursday.

Their lawsuit argues the state constitution’s section on marriage violates the equal protection and due process guarantees of the 14th Amendment.
