Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK) said Sunday that President Obama is “absolutely” exaggerating when he warns of dire consequences of sequestration.

There are “easy ways to cut this money that the American people will never feel,” Coburn said on “Fox News Sunday.”

Coburn called the sequester “terrible” but also said it would go into effect on March 1.
