Rancher and anti-government proponent Cliven Bundy once again dived into the topic of slavery as part of a campaign video released this week for a third-party candidate in Nevada.
The video was for Kamau Bakari, a member of the Independent American Party who is running for Congress.
“I know that black folks have had a hard time with, uuhh, slavery,” Bundy said, blaming slavery on the government. “I worked my whole life without mistreating anybody. A man oughta be able to express himself without being called names.”
Bakari, who is black, replied in the video: “A brave white man like you might be just what we need to put an end to this political correctness stuff in America today.”
Bundy made news in April for comments about “the Negro” and reflections about whether blacks were “better off as slaves.” That same month, he also engaged in an armed standoff with the Bureau of Land Management over disputed cattle grazing fees.
Despite Bundy’s cameo, third-party congressional candidate Bakari likely won’t pose a threat to Democratic incumbent Dina Titus, The Washington Post reported.

Well, Mr. Bakari, I hope you love getting rid of that political correctness stuff along with any chance you have of equality, running for office, or heck, voting!
They are either two of the finest performance artists that I have seen in my lifetime or.
Probably or.
It’s like Moses came back down Mt. Sinai with a video and a black guy!
I saw this video last night while I was drifting off to sleep and thought maybe it was a weird dream.
Nope.
I swear they stole that skit from the Mel Brooks movie Blazing Saddles.
