Following the National Basketball Association’s decision to ban Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling after his racist rant, the team blacked out its website with just the phrase “We are one.”

In addition to being banned for life, Sterling must pay a $2.5 million fine. The NBA will also work to force Sterling to sell the team, and NBA commissioner Adam Silver said that he has the support of other NBA team owners.
