Hillary Clinton tweeted her thanks to supporters Monday for sending well wishes while she is off the campaign trail with pneumonia.

The tweets come on the heels of Clinton canceling several events after she stumbled while leaving an event at the 9/11 memorial Sunday in New York City. Her campaign later revealed it was due to the effects of pneumonia, which it said she had been diagnosed with Friday. The stumble spawned a whole new round of conspiracy theories about the state of her health.
