Once again, Chuck Norris, the action movie star and conservative activist, is supporting former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) for president.

“I still believe Mike Huckabee is the most qualified,” Norris said in a statement to The New York Times’ First Draft. “He has the moral clarity and experience to lead our great country forward.”

A spokesman for Norris said the star would be open to stumping for Huckabee, who announced his candidacy for president in 2016 on Tuesday.

Norris supported Huckabee when he ran for president in 2008. Huckabee and Norris actually created a video in support of the former governor’s candidacy called “HuckChuckFacts.” The video was viewed 1.8 million times.

More recently, Norris inserted himself into the national political discourse when he wrote on Sunday there might be reason to believe the federal government is planning a possible military takeover of Texas.
