Carney: No ‘Holdup’ In Naming Secretary Of State Successor

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters Tuesday there is no “holdup” in naming a nominee to replace Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The President has not yet made up his mind, Carney said.
