Police and intellgience agencies in Canada on Monday will announce that they’ve arrested multiple suspects in an operation that is said to have successfully thwarted a “major terrorist attack,” according to the Canadian Broadcasting Company.
Canadian authorities worked in concert with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, CBC reported. Officials said the arrested suspects have no connection with the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings.
