Jeb Bush told a debate audience Thursday night that Hillary Clinton won’t be able to focus on her job as President if elected because she will be busy confronting her own legal troubles.

In answering a question about national security, Bush said Clinton would be a “national security mess” in part because “instead of setting an agenda she might be going back and forth between the White House and the courthouse.”

Bush was apparently referring to the questions about Clinton’s use of a private email account while secretary of state.
