A former Gov. Chris Christie (R) appointee to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is expected to testify before a New Jersey state Assembly committee at 12 p.m. ET on Thursday.
David Wildstein, who is also a former high school classmate of Christie’s, is expected to be asked about the order he gave in September to close lanes on the George Washington Bridge, which caused a multi-day traffic jam in Fort Lee, N.J.
The hearing appears to have been delayed, as Christie continues to speak at his press conference.
