Vice President Joe Biden said he was disappointed in the Supreme Court’s decision Tuesday that striked down a key provision of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, saying the ruling has “upset a well established practice.”

“The administration will do everything in our power to ensure that fair and equal voting practices are maintained,” he said during a speech on the miniumum wage at the White House. “There is a lot of work to be done.”
