Joe Biden, speaking in Iowa on Wednesday, is keeping up his new role as the campaign’s top attack dog on Bain Capital. In prepared remarks released by OFA, the vice president laces into Mitt Romney’s campaign for the second day in a row for complaining reports that Bain invested in companies that shipped jobs overseas didn’t distinguish between “outsourcing,” which can be domestic, and “offshoring,” which involves sending work abroad.
“After days of saying nothing, the Romney campaign has responded by saying that we just don’t get it. We don’t understand the difference between ‘offshoring’ and ‘outsourcing,'” Biden’s remarks read. “If you’re looking for work, that’s a cruel joke.”
