Vice President Joe Biden told the American Israel Public Affairs Committee conference on Monday that he has learned “it’s never a good idea to steal the President’s thunder.” Biden was referring to President Obama’s agenda when he visits the Middle East later this month.
Biden got into hot water when he told “Meet the Press” last year that he favored marriage equality, preempting Obama’s public support ahead of a contentious presidential election.
