Rep. Ben Quayle’s (R-AZ) latest ad reprises a theme from his famous primary ad in 2010, when he warned, “Barack Obama is the worst president in history.”
Quayle is running against fellow GOP Rep. David Schweikert due to redistricting. The Republican primary will be held on August 28.
“President Obama has failed the country,” says Quayle. “He promised unity, but brought division. He peddles dependency, to buy votes. His stimulus was nothing but a corrupt and shameless payoff to interest groups. And his healthcare takeover is worse. Two years ago, I called him ‘the worst president in history’ — I overestimated him. I’m Ben Quayle, and I approve this message.”
On Monday, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice endorsed Quayle.
