Former neurosurgeon and conservative darling Dr. Ben Carson plans to announce he’s running for president on May 4 in Detroit, according to the Detroit News.
Carson, who’d already set up an exploratory committee, will make the announcement at the Detroit Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, the newspaper reported.
