Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour responded to a question about whether Mitt Romney should release more years of tax returns in a CNN interview Monady evening by saying he would release them if he were in Romney’s shoes.
“I would,” Barbour told host Wolf Blitzer.
Barbour also dismissed the issue as a distraction from the Obama camp. “But should it be an issue in the campaign? I don’t think it amounts to diddly,” he said.
