Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) on Sunday said that President Obama needs to take a stronger stance on Ukraine and in dealing with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Now that the Olympics are over, we need to watch the behavior of the Russians,” she said on “Fox News Sunday.” “And I believe the President needs to up his game and send a clear, unequivocal, public message to Putin not to interfere in what is happening in Ukraine and let the Ukrainian people determine their future.”

Ayotte said that the administration should push for a unity government in Ukraine, which Obama has already urged following the recent violence.
