Axelrod Defends Biden On Knowledge Of Security Requests From Libya

David Axelrod, senior adviser to the Obama campaign, defended Vice President Joe Biden’s assertion during Thursday’s debate that the White House was not informed that diplomats in Libya had requested more security, during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday.” He argued, as the administration did on Friday, that President Obama and Biden hadn’t been briefed on these requests.
