An ad campaign warning Americans of the “true” effects of Obamacare is launching in Ohio and Virginia Tuesday, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

The television ads are a part of a $1 million campaign by the conservative advocacy group Americans For Prosperity, which was co-founded by David H. Koch and has received financial support from Koch and his brother Charles.

The ad features a mother of a son with medical needs who has questions about the Affordable Care Act’s “higher premiums.”

“If we can’t pick our own doctor, how do I know my family’s going to get the medical care we need?” she asks in the ad. “And what am I getting in exchange for higher premiums and a smaller paycheck? Can I really trust the folks in Washington with my family’s health care? I think we all deserve some answers.”
