Though the American Bar Association announced that it would reevaluate its “well qualified” rating of Brett Kavanaugh because of allegations of sexual assault and his behavior during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, the group will drop its review of Kavanaugh now that he’s been confirmed, CNN reported.

An ABA official told CNN it’s the group’s policy to halt the rating process once a candidate is confirmed.

  1. It’s their policy huh? How many times have they been in this situation where they were going to drop the rating of a judge right before he goes to the SCOTUS?

  2. Chicken shits!

Sure am glad Chief Justice Roberts moved forward to have another Cuircut Court to review allegations of Kavanaugh perjuring himself during his confirmation hearing!

  3. The policy is corrupt.

  4. If we can still be hearing them yell about Benghazi today, we damn well can be discussing and reviewing Kavanaugh. Do you think if Hillary had become !P!resident, the yo-yos out there would have gone, heck she won, kill the Benghazi bit.
